I was disappointed to find out that there was no heat in the room, which made it very cold for my babies. The lack of soundproofing was also a downside. On the bright side, our room was decorated with a balcony, adding a nice touch to the accommodation.

The hotel had spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with good views from the balcony. However, the rooms felt very dated and could use refurbishment. It was disappointing that there was no heat in the room, especially for my babies. The service surpassed our expectations, with friendly and courteous staff who worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was great, on the promenade, but some noise and smoke from the street were noticeable. The dining experience offered a wide range of food choices, despite some areas for improvement. The facilities were adequate, though a bit outdated.

The hotel didn't quite live up to the same look and feel but was heated before our arrival, a nice detail. The rooms were at a minimum 78F/25C, which was a bit warm. The service was attentive, especially towards disabled visitors, and they even took the time to ensure gluten-free options were prepared. The location, though in a 'hotel zone,' was right across the beach and convenient for visiting Barcelona and other coastal resorts. The dining experience offered a great buffet selection, but the chef could improve on certain dishes. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor issues.
